Thanks to everyone to came to our first extended hours day on March 11. More than 200 people looked at art at their leisure as the sun went down. Chef Mike Nevin’s steak Florentine sandwiches and ratatouille on polenta were a hit, and people took the time to have a glass of wine or ginger martini in between exploring the galleries. Were you here? See if you’re in one of the shots taken by our photographer Shuzo Uemoto.

You may want to read about our experience at the June 2010 aloHAA: http://www.auntiepupule.com/blog/soos.php?id=1456 We invited friends to join us at the July event, to share in the pleasure. We plan to be there on August 12th, too.
Loved your account of your aloHAA experience Soos/Auntie Pupule! Mahalo! So glad to hear you’ve become a regular! Staff like it too—a different way to experience the museum, as you so nicely describe.
