Have you ever wanted to learn to sketch? This fun workshop is open to any teacher interested in trying the different drawing techniques artists use. Participants will receive the booklet we use for our Let’s Sketch guided school tour. Kids love this tour and we know you will too! Leave the workshop with confidence in your drawing ability as well as visual strategies to share with your students.
In addition to visiting the galleries, there will be time to cross the street to our Art School to visit the Lending Collection. As an educator, you can borrow from more than 13,000 items from around the world—whether you’re looking for Dutch clogs or an African mask to add a new dimension to your lessons. There is no charge to borrow items.
Space is limited, so sign up for this free teacher workshop today. Light refreshments (at check-in) are included.

Hi Jenny! I really would like to register for this workshop. I am a Secondary School teacher at Waialua High and Intermediate School and I teach math. I do integrate art into a number of my projects too though so I am interested to see what this about. Please let me know if I can still attend.
Mahalo,
